Any story I miss later on if I missed an Anna point? (spoiler within I guess)

Messed up my new playthrough, forgot it mattered whether I fought the doctor in Yureyu and that that determined whether Saphira got captured or not.

Do I miss anything later on in the game other than more story during Tanzan Cove from not having this Anna point?
