Game Window not showing (Mac)

When I try to open E19 on my Mac, while it says the game is open and the music is playing, the game window is not showing no matter what I do. Does anyone know how to fix?

We've had people get around this just by minimizing the window, closing the game, and then reopening. Stupid but it's worked.
