A Shiny Scyther for a Budew, Roselia or Roserade!

I dont have a clue about where i can find this evolution line in the game, so im offering this beatiful Scyther (i don't have to mention that Shiny Scizor is even greater) with good IVs to someone who have one of these three Pokemon :)

Honestly, it's a bad trade on your end. Get a rose incense from a doxy near julia's gym and go straight north the railway tracks.

 

a budew will smell it and join you.

after Restoration you can find it and Roselia, while walking on Obsidia Park grass patches.

Nah, i was breeding some Scythers yesterday so i have a whole box of them with 30/31 IVs, also some Shinies, so is not a big deal. 

 

But tell me, this works post restauration?

I've heard oubout that, but i spent like one hour last night trying to find it but not even once.
