0 gingerbreadman Posted July 30, 2021 Posted July 30, 2021 IIRC the only way you can complete the quest having evolved a 7th street mon is to breed from it (not sure if it needs to be Dittobred or not) and the trainer will accept the blood relative Quote

I don't think you need Abra for a quest. The 7th street Pokemon for the quest later are Jigglypuff, Loudred, Roggenrola, Vannilite, and Makuhita. Quote
