Can anyone help train my ralts?

Uhm, i had just entered the wasteland land and is scared to face the poison gym leader. Can someone please help train my ralts? Or maybe trade me some good ground or psychic type pokemon? I can only use 40 below though so thats a problem. Dont have much to offer except:

Shiny telepathy noibat

Shiny nincada

Helix fossil

Armor fossil

Water stone

Leaf stone

What level is your ralts? You see, I would have traded you something, but I got a new PC and lost all my progress on everything.

I cleared the game so far, and have completed the pokedex (up to the point where you have all the available mons). I can give you something. You just need to tell me what you need or want to have ^^. In return just give me anything you want. I don't need anything.

I have recently evolved it and its now at lvl 26, i dont know what pokemon i need, i guess ground types, psychic types and dark types, what do you recommend? It just need to be below 40 so i can use it XD. I can give you anything you want in the above list.

Ground: Flygon, Mamoswine, Excadrill, Gliscor, Krookodile, Garchomp
Dark: Houndoom, Weavile, Hydreigon, Zoroark, Tyranitar
Psychic: Espeon, Xatu, Guardevoir, Gallagladi, Sigilyph, Starmie, Metagross

Can you trade flygon, weavile, and metagross? If so, ill quote you again when i can trade, maybe about 1 hour later
