The Reborn Devolved League

Hey my fellow Rebornians! 

It's been a while since I've posted here. Anyway do you like a challenge and competitive battling? Well of course you do! And so I introduce you to the Reborn Devolved League! OwO

With a cast of 18 leaders and a reserve for each type with access to the reborn fields, their sure to give any trainer a difficult time.

Here are our rules.

(1)  Challengers must first create a roster of 9 Pokemon that are currently available in-game as of Episode 18, except for Naganadel .

(2)  Those 9 Pokemon must stay consistent over the league challenge with only EVs/IVs/Nature/Items being allowed to change otherwise all league progress will be reset. Also you may not use transfer moves or unavailable TMs/Megas/Z-Moves for your challenger team. (i.e Soft Boiled Clefable, Ice Beam Greninja, Choice Scarf, 50% berries, Mega Metagross, or Buginium)

(3) You can only earn 1 badge per day and challenge 1 Elite 4 member per day, this resets once it reaches 12:00 AM in your timezone. You may also ask the gym leader/E4 member for the field they will use.

(4) Clauses we have, Sleep Clause (You may only put one pokemon to sleep.), Evasion Clause (You may not exceed +2 Evasion), Seeds Clause (You may not use more than two seeds).

(5) You do not have to challenge the gym leaders in a specific order, same goes for the E4. The E4 is not a gauntlet however if you lose to the champion you must redo the E4 before re-challenging them.

(6) As mentioned earlier the Devolved League has Reserve Leader for each type their purpose is to accept challenges when the main leader is unable to. If a leader doesn't respond after a challenge you must wait 15 minutes before you are able to challenge the reserve unless the leader says otherwise.
