Looking for a Litten [COMPLETED]

Hello guys,

I just finished ep 18 and I cannot complete the starter egg mission because I am missing a Litten.

I have done the Aqua gang application quest but did not receive a Litten with choice specs (I don't remember what pokemon I received instead but I did get the choice specs).

 

Also it's a rare thing but if one of you guys have a good IV ditto it's time for me to breed my Metagross

Did you give Archer an App from Silph Co., just to confirm?

I have done the quest quite a few episodes ago (and it was a long time ago) when I restored the slums so I don't remember what prize Archer gave me.

All I know is that he is not where he was when the quest was active and the guy in Agathe City is trading me an Oshawott and not a Litten (so that's how I know my quest was the Aqua side).
