Hail in Reborn City

So I turned my game on, got out of the pokemon center I was in the Opal ward and saw that it was hailing/snowing in the whole city, which seemed wierd. Then I decided to look through the forums and see if there´s any spevial event that requires the hail on Reborn City and had no luck. I just beat Adrienn and I´m training a charizard I just got. Is hail rare? Or is there an special catch I can get in hail?

Post Restoration, hail can happen sometimes. Nothing special though and no events tied to it.

 

Just when i needed some rain to get Goodra evolve, the only thing i got as well is, hail.

Well, that sucks for me, I was just thinking of training up the Goodra I just got.... But anyways, thanks a lot man!!
