Is there a razor fang available in the current version of rejuvenation?

There is one way to get a Razor Fang.

Using a Good Rod, fish for Bruxish around the region and either capture or use thief on them to obtain a Razor Fang.

Oh, you could also surf at bodies of water in Grand Dream City or Route 9 to find Bruxish as well.
