Ever again. I just raised an Arcanine to Lv 60 by feeding him 59 Rare Candies I got from the Pickup Army. (You can imagine how much I raged when I remembered Arcanine doesn't learn any moves, haha...) Link to post Share on other sites

Next time I'm going to EV train the Poke I want while having 5 phanpies in the team, and I'll just directly feed it any candies I pick up.
