Can somebody trade me a Blue Moon Ice Cream

Restarted the game and this time i decided to play without any mods since i havent done that in a long time.

However, i forgot to try to get a blue moon ice cream from the vending machines in Reborn and i'm having no luck with the seller at Agate Circus and i'm at the point where i'm about to go to WTC. So can somebody trade me a blue moon ice cream please?
