Dragon scale Please!

Hi. So I just want to have a dragon scale for my horsea and it is impossible for me to buy it at the start of the game so please can anyone send it to me?

I don't have one but if your asking people to trade you stuff please post in Online Play, On the HUnt is ment for asking where stuff is not to be given pokemon or items

That's okay, one of the admins can move it or you can change title to closed and open one in online play
