Would love advice on fighting Mewtwo in Glitch City

Pretty much the title, my team is 

Charizard 73

Krookodile 73

Ampharos 70

Weezing 68

Victreebel 57

Walrien 58

 

Mewtwo is sweeping my entire team (minus my charizard, down to 20 health). I can even get a burn off, but it doesn't help the rest of my team get 1HKO'ed.

 

I hoped to find a x spec def or a quick claw to let my weezing destiny bond, or even a linkstone to train up a porygon, but I can't seem to find anything useful in Agate. I would love some advice if anyone has some to share.

Walrein should tank some hits if you level him up. He learns Encore and Sheer Cold.

 

If you suceed to Encore Mewtwo on Thunderbolt, you can go to Ampharos and use Thunder Wave on it.
