hi, I need some help to start my Ghost Monotype run.

Hey guys, I'm just starting my Ghost Monotype run, but I will need to get some Pokemon with trading (unless I feel like soloing the first two gyms with rowlet lol). The Pokemon I'm looking for are:

• Nincada
• Frillish
• Gastly

IV's and natures don't matter, but it would be preferred if they were low leveled so I don't have to use common candies. Thanks

I can help with a gastly if you give me a few minutes the other two as well
