Help with More Pokemon

I'm kinda new to Pokemon Reborn and I just finished beating team meteor and I need more pokemon to be able to beat the gym leader. Here is my team

Snivy Level 21 Contrary

Lax Nature

Tackle

Leech Seed

Leaf Tornado

Growth

The reason it's level 21 is because I went around town looking for that pokemon (still haven't found it) and I have been talking to everyone thanks to that old man. Help please

Now that Snivy is level 21, it's gonna start ignoring you :/ i'd try raise it another level or two, so when it does listen, it'll do damage.

As for pokemon, to beat Julia, i just tried to have 6 pokemon in the party as fodder so i could heal up the pokemon that i wanted. I'm not aware of any ground types available, and because of Sonicboom, and the low HP of all the pokemon it's gonna be difficult.

I'd recommend finding the Magby as it's one of my faves. Also what do you mean;

Pokemon I recommend for first Gym battle vs Julia:

Ralts, while not good yet, it will serve you well once evolving.

Trubbish (Although I just used it as fodder)
