Help me pick my starter!

I'm planning to start a new save file to play alongside some friends. I'm very torn on which Starter I should pick this time around, with my top two choices being Turtwig and Fennekin

Seems like you already made a choice, i would take turtwig cuz i like him way more then fennekin.

Or Flip a coin really

 

on a side note the game has made some starters very hard to acces, starters like froakie and torchic will be unavailable until far into the game (lvl90)

Turtwig. It's movepool is a lot better in my opinion than fennekin's. The only major downside is that its double weak to ice. I can make up for this with rock types moves.

Fennekin. it's typing allows it to help you with quite a bit of opponents.

Turtwig. A solid choice against the first 2 gyms.

Fennekin 100%. Typing, movepool, stats and hidden ability (not that you should use it) are better - so pretty much everything about it is superior... even the design.

My main save has a Blaziken I picked as my starter, it's also old so I have a few starters like Fennekin, Mudkip and I think Froakie in my PC, even a Metagross to help me against Adrienn who's a pain for my team

Today I finished another Reborn playthrough with Fennekin as my starter and it stayed relevant throughout the run.

One does not simply "Finish" Reborn, they merely wait for the next Episode to release. xP

My very first run I picked Fennekin and it was incredibly useful the whole time. Fire typing is super good in this game and the ability Magician gave me so many items from wild pokemon that helped solve the money problem Reborn has early game as well.
