Is there another chance at an Electrizer?

I already caught Elekid, now an Electabuzz, and remembered Electrizer is held by Elekid at a chance.

So is there any other way to grab one of these? I'd appreciate having an Electivire c:

I don't think so but Ame said she would add Electvire to the obtainable pokemon list once an electrizer or at least some consistent method of obtaining electvire is available
