Lost TMs

So looking for the TMs i don´t have i missed one

TM29 Psychic was in Glass Workstation, i forget to look in one room or soft reset to solve the puzzle with the espeon, now i finished the plot in the place

Is there any possibilty to catch it later?

 

Also reading the guide from @Aboodie i tried to find another TM

TM17 Protect, are there any chances to "bet the bet guy"? How to know the money he has? Does it reset it after any visit??

I don't know about TM29 but I think you can go back and get it after you've finished the quest as for TM17
You need to win 7 games in a row, best way to this, is to save after every win and reset until you've got 7 in a row
(so after fist win save, try again if you win save, if you lose reset etc)

You can get TM Psychic later on Epi.19, you'll be able to get the missed items there by then.
As for TM Protect, the guy starts with 5k so if you win him 5 times in a row you get the TM, and the progress doesn't reset leaving the room, it remains, so you best option is just to spam be him till he runs out of money.
