They all either say he's in: The Goldenleaf graveyard Goldenleafs giratina statue Or the camper-vans on route 3. It has also said to talk to everyone in goldenleaf and the surronding areas (which i have) If it helps i found ditto at: The area between the two caves on route 3 The mirage forest research center and behind a cuttable tree near on route 2 I have been searching for ditto for the past 2 hours if anyone could shed some light on the situation much appreciated.
