The only reason I'm asking is bc of the salons in Obsidia. They probably are just to boost friendship but I just got a shiny feebas and if I'm not mistaken there is only one prism scale in-game meaning I can only get one Milotic per save file. Idk if I like the shiny milotic desing better than the normal one but I feel tempted to evolve the sucker.
