So.... I was looking at the E18 graphics files and I found... this image named "trainer112":

 

 

Well, I'm left with 4 questions:

 

1) Does someone know where to find it in-game? 

 

2)It is a secret event?

 

3)Why Thomas the Train wants to battle?

 

and most importantly:

 

4)HOW IT WOULD THROW A  POKEBALL?

 

But seriously, I'm still laughing just by looking at it

Its the trainer sprite that the devs use for testing, its not actually viewable anywhere in game.
