I explored the mountain and got to that cabin with the Thunder Wave, I suspected that there was something more to it but there wasn't. I checked up Youtube and saw that it is the Gastly event! Why didn't it work for me? is it becasue I still haven't finished E18, or perhaps is it because I already have a Gastly from the old Kiki event (before it was changed to Misdreavus) Edit: Nevermind, how do you get the Gastly after you beat the Breloom?
