Tacos Posted July 28, 2018 Posted July 28, 2018 Pixilate is Sylveon's hidden ability, so you need to have Eevee's hidden ability, Anticipation, for it to have Pixilate when it evolves. You can also always use an ability capsule to change Sylveon's ability to pixilate. Quote
