Magnet Powder

Hi guys!

 

I stopped playing for a few months so I'm kind of still getting used to Reborn again. 

Was reading the walkthrough because I had no idea where to go next (I just got my flying badge) and read that you could get a Ralts out of the corrupted pokeball.

 

I searched the forum for where to find the magnet powder and I found that you should be able to buy it from a vendor on 7th street. Only I couldn't find the vendor and only found one that had blast powder.

 

Could someone help me with this?

@Zoey You spoke to the wrong person, the guy who sells you Magnet Powder is located near the psychologist, above the Blast Powder guy and the area with cages.
