It is said that a much earlier version did, but ever since, it has been discontinued. It is not clear yet, if and when, it is going to be re-implemented. Only way to trade, is by using "shared pc mod", which renames a pc box and it becomes shared, among your different save files... If you play the game more than once, or run/manage different saved games simultaneously.
