Autumn Zephyr 434 Posted May 3, 2018 Share Posted May 3, 2018 There's the Online Play tab in the PokeGear you can use once you find someone willing to help ou with that (most folks around these parts will trade it back, from what I've seen). Alternatively, you can use a Link Stone on it to achieve the same effect without relying on a third party. In both cases, your seadra has to be holding the Dragon Scale when you go to evolve it.
