Where is Archer?

I did the job application quest, and gave Archer the Silph Application. However, when I go to look for him to get the Choice Specs, he isn't in the building where I got the Silph App, or in the Dept. Store. Where is he???

I think he's still down in 7th street?

I'm looking down there, and he isn't there. He was there until I gave him his own job application, and then he disappeared, presumably to go there, but he's not at the Silph Co. building (there's like one guy there who give you the application and no one else) and the Department Store, since I figured that might be affiliated with Silph, but he's not there either. I checked the whole of 7th, and he's not there too.

Hmm I'm like 90% sure I got the pokemon from him in 7th street, but that was back in E16 so there's a decent chance it changed I guess

I already got the Pokemon, I'm trying to get the Choice Specs. Last playthrough I picked Magma Gang, and Maxwell got the job in the former slums, and when I went there he gave me the Choice Band, and I read somewhere that Archer gives you the Choice Specs similarly.

Ooooooooooooppppsssssssssss........ nevermind. The Litten he gave me is LITERALLY holding it. Now I feel like a complete idiot... oh well at least I got my item.
