friends is poison jab tm available?...if yes where and how to get it?

Teknite Cave, north-west of hhe desert. You need power gem and earthquake or bulldoze to change the terrain and progress. I would also bring a pokemon with tailwind to use in Teknite Ridge.

What walpurgis said. I would simply add that a Tailwind pokémon isn't absolutely necessary if you don't want to burden yourself with one; Teknite Ridge's wild Talonflames frequently use Tailwind in battle iirc.

There is a tm visible to me in a cave but I have tried everything...like using power gem and Earth quake but doesn't work what should I do?

You get to it from where the cave splits into the two outside areas. There's another exit in the bottom left of the map, but it's blocked by a crystal in the crystallised version of the map. If you can't reach it, use Earthquake/Bulldoze. Then in the room with the water switch the field back to Crystal Cavern with Power Gem and check the bottom of the map for a blue crystal to interact with. Then it's a straight shot to the TM.
