After some storming of the brain and a bit of testing, I've come across a lovely competitive team that can hold its own in the land of OU. "MissMe?" - Azelf @ Focus Sash Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpAtk) - Stealth Rock - U-Turn - Explosion - Taunt -Without a doubt, Azelf is my favorite lead in the game, hands down. With the brilliant speed and Sash in its arsenal, this lil' bro will always get the Rocks up. Of course, he can also effectively Taunt other hazard setters, and deal a big chunk of damage by going BOOM. U-Turn is mainly just for sketchy situations. "Sn00ki" - Kangaskhan @ Leftovers Trait: Scrappy EVs: 212 Hp / 252 Atk / 44 Spe Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk) - Substitute - Return - Focus Punch - Sucker Punch -Can you say underrated? Kangaskhan is such a baws, it isn't even funny. It has decent enough bulk where it can take a hit, and the attack power to match. STAB Return with max happiness is no joke, especially when it brings down the switch in to Chandelure thanks to scrappy. ^ This being one of the WTF Just Happened factors. "JazzHandzz" - Cofagrigus @ Leftovers Trait: Mummy EVs: 252 Hp / 152 Def / 104 SpDef Nature: Bold (+Def , -Atk) - Shadow Ball - Psychic - Calm Mind - Will-O-Wisp -Sponge is a sponge. CofCof here can soak up hits like it aint nobody's business. The set here helps it make up for what it lacks in SpDef, but also boost its Special Attack up so it can end up taking and hitting, taking and hitting. Will-O-Wisp should explain itself. It's meant to cripple the other team. "G0ldDigg3r" - Azumarill @ Choice Band Trait: Huge Power EVs: 252 Hp / 252 Atk / 4 Spe Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpAtk) - Waterfall - Aqua Jet - Return - Superpower -OP.OP.OP. Such a powerhouse and the perfect answer to Sandstorm teams... Waterfall and Aqua Jet are there for the STAB+Prio with Jet. Return is obviously for a big hit when the others just won't do. Superpower powers up the coverage. Nothing else to say really. HP investment to add a bit more bulk to it, atk and tad spe speak for themselves. Choice Bands abuses the OPness to make it Extremely OP. "Wiz Khalifa" - Manectric @ Choice Scarf Trait: Lightningrod EVs: 4 Hp / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk) - Thunderbolt - Volt Switch - Overheat - Switcheroo -Azumarill's partner in crime. I was previously running Jolteon, just as a role filler, but I find Manectric to be the more fitting. While it's no sweeper, the speed+Scarf lets it become Usain Bolt. Thunderbolt serves as the STAB, Volt Switch as the ticket out of a sticky situation, Overheat for coverage, and Switcheroo is just for trolling more defensive opponents. This'll sometimes make a WTF Just Happened moment occur. "MittR0mn3y" - Durant @ Life Orb Trait: Hustle EVs: 4 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpAtk) -Hone Claws - X-Scissor - Iron Head - Stone Edge -Let's just say this is the Tebow of the team. After dwindling the opponent's members' HP down though attacks and Rocks for a bit, out comes this guy and it's almost always game. The Durant Equation: Massive Attack+Massive Speed+Life Orb+2 STAB Moves+Hustle+Chance to boost Attack even more=WTF Just Happened. Importable: MissMe?
