Saving problem i guess??

So after i done the event with ren and blocking the road etc i went to east gearean and saved cuzz my laptopt was on low batery

next morning when i opend my game this appeared 

and after i close some of those this appeared 

and i also used the latest patch what should i do ?

your save file got corrupted so you'll ahve to use backups to fix this

ummm i don.t really know how to use my back up save files 

i know where they are i just don.t know how to use them

There should be a folder in saved games called "Pokemon Rejuvenation" copy the most recent backup in the folder (check the the time and date), type in "Game" over the current file name and use that as your new save and see how much progress you lost.

over the file in my rejuvenation folder or the one where are alll the save files ??
