Its signature move is Oblivion Wing which drains the Life Force out of anyone and we saw in the Anime it turns them into stone. Or she could be using Decimation but that's a hell no slowbro. So we'd need to find Xerneas to bring the stone people back (INCLUDING VENAM) so that's all. Oh and I warned you about spoilers so don't go and say hate comments.
