Post City Rebirth 7th street

So, with episode 16 out and the city back to life in all its glory, i cannot seem to get back into 7th street. Is this a glitch or does 7th street no longer exist at this point? I ask because I'm looking to change the natures of a few pokemon and I can't get back to 7th street through the original means
