Animefan666 62 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 I don't think so. You're supposed to get the Super Rod from the Fisherman on the east side of Tanzan Cove during the Simon sidequest. I know that you can miss out on the Old Rod if you don't get it before the city is renovated. Link to post Share on other sites
seki108 1226 Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 The only way you might have missed it is if you did not complete all the steps in starting the Simon interactions (mainly talking to him during the mountain base raid and maybe the optional double battle with him and Tara before her death).
