Has Cryogonal been axed?

hi guys! i was trying to find a Cryogonal to use against terra and ciel but even when the guide and pokedex says its available in ametrine mountain,i have encountered more than 300 pokemon(yep i counted) and still did not find one.i even found tons of shinies during my hunting there but still no cryogonal.i want to know if that thing may have been axed.any help is appreciated

Checked PBS, it is right, 4%, on every single floor of Ametrine Mt. You're just getting unlucky.

beetween 300 encounters i hoped that i could find one but the guide says it is at 4% the same as snorunt but the fact is i encoundered tons of snorunts(even 2 were shiny) but still no cryogonal

Cryogonal's are rare. Sadly, you must have simply gotten unlucky.

 

Honestly, you might be better off using a Walrein or a Froslass for both Terra and Ciel. If you need levitation, use an Air Balloon.

i have got a Mamoswine that i will use but i wanted mainly  to troll Swagsire with the 4x super effective freeze dry.but i will continue searching because i will use it at least against terra

not that i dont believe you because i checked it myself but still i even tried in episode 14 and 15 more than 300 encounters each and i still did not find it.i can easily find snorunts that have the same encounter rate as cryogonal but still no cryogonal.i think in total i had 1000 pokemon encounters in ametrine mountain but still cryogonal isnt appearing.i  have been thinking that maybe my savefile has some problem because i cant even explain why this is happening.maybe someone here can help me

Now that I think about it, I remember this actually happening to me too honestly, it took a god forsaken long time to find even one for me too. It's there, and we both hit some insane bad luck, but it's there. Idk, there MAY be some weird external factor but I just see terrible luck.

Can confirm you're just super unlucky;  Just caught one after ~10 encounters on 4F east of Ametrine City
