LF: Bagon and Gastly

As by the title i am looking for these two pokemon and willing to trade pre-evolutions of these pokemon weavile, lucario, gardevoir, electivire, scrafty, gothitelle, metagross,  houndoom, milotic, reuniclus, magmortar, volcarona, and as for starters i can offer charizard , typhlosion, samurott, and torterra

how are people able to get gastly and bagon now?

gastly was avaliable in the past, about bagon, or they hacked them in or they got it from trades (there is also a topic to get some pokemon, even unreleased, for custom plays)
