KuroCovers Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Alternatively, if you have one, you can feed your Eevee a Blue Moon Ice Cream to instantly boost it to max happiness (or pretty close to max, at least). Also, make sure you don't delete either Baby-Doll Eyes or Charm, as those are the only Fairy moves Eevee can learn. Best of luck to you! 1 Quote
Milleevee Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 The Eevee needs to have a fairy move and pass level with high happiness. You can increase happiness with pokesnax by going to the salon or else heal it with Blue Moon Ice Cream which greatly enhances happiness. Quote
