Started a run yesterday, and I'm looking for a shiny Flabebe. Preferably blue, with decent IV(doesn't have to be 31s), and under level 30.

Willing to trade one or multiple of the following 3 IV pokes, depending on the Flabebe IVs. 

Can also trade a shiny. I have shiny Beedrill, Pidove, and Woobat.
