What are the chances on obtaining the life orb from wild absol? I'm leading with a butterfree who has compound eyes, but no luck so far. is it really really unlikely or am I doing something wrong? was it more likely in previous episodes?

 

Also, is the flame orb available in E16? I think the toxic orb is but I rather get the flame one
