Protip: TMs are the golden overworld Pokeballs. If you've played halfway through the story, you've seen the one for Dragon Tail. The other two are found, one deep in a sea of blue, and one deep in a sea of green. One sea is only meant metaphorically.

Thanks! I'm terrible for this kind of thing though, and it's been a long time since I completed EP 15 a long time ago. I guess I might check bodies of water throughout the game but regarding the sea of green I honestly have no clue what that could be. Any help with that?

 

(though, I don't mind specific instructions if you feel like giving them haha)

Try the greener parts of the city, geez... Remember, golden overworld Pokeballs...
