Well, i wanted to get the shiny charm in that place of the meteor grunts home in Calceneon?

However i spoke to her father and wont let me in her room because him in disbelief of the grunt being killed by chandelure

To get the shiny charm you need to refuse to give Blake the ruby ring, you will then battle Eclipse (or is it aster? I always confuse the two) and he will give you the waterfall tm. If you gave the ring to Blake you can't get the charm IIRC.

I can't really answer that, it's up to Ame. But hopefully she will implement a way to get the charm if you gave Blake the ring.
