(If you want locations, i can't remember all but know where they sorta are) Also, where can I use the sancutm key and how do i get there?

Spoiler Once the trainstation and rails are rebuild (Not sure or this is an investment option at the grandhall), you can't enter the underground rails anymore. Which leaves the "silver ball" at the beginning of EP 16 main quest at the devon corp to be available for picking up as the way down is sealed off and you can walk over it.
