I have some questions i would like to make..

1) Is the Super rod available in Ep.16? 
(if yes, then how to get it.? )

2) Is Rock Climb usable in Ep.16?

3) what are they dead bodies underwater in  Hidden cove / Belsrose Manse.?

1) Yep Super Rod is available. Got it from some fisherman (surprise)...

 

It might have been the one in Tanzan Cove but I'm not completely sure.

 

2) Nope.

 

3) Those are bodies of Meteors killed by Saphira's Dragonite several episodes ago. There is actually a side-quest related to that. Talk to the fisherman.
