Spoiler i think you are refering to Corin Rouge the pokemon thief is a really long quest that starts at Ep 1 when you pay 500$ for a rare pokemon and you get none you have to keep following step by step until the quest is avaible the police chief will tell you 3 locations to find him Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
