This always pops up whenever i want to go somewhere in beryl ward. How do i go through it?

My file might be rekt because before i could go in big building in beryl now i can't and some other places in beryl

They are kecleon and you need a devon scope to go trought them...but I hadn't resolved it yet

Go and pick up the Devon Scope Model from the basement of Devon Corp, then head to Silph.

if you mean the grey looking pokeball im sure that is actually a Mega Stone, the Scope is on the top floor of Devon

you need to fix the railnet at the grand hall 

do that and it will fix the stairs
