[Answered] I need help to locate the rare pokemon which you paid 1000 on beginning

I read couple of times that you need

1. Join a gang

2. Complete the gang feud quest

3. Talk to boss

4. Talk to grunt that inform you stolen pokemon

5. Battle the opposing grunt that stole

6. Talk back to boss for 7th street clue

The problem is....it seems glitchy....here is the thing

1. I joined magma

2. I talked to grunt from my gang and fought opposing grunt which stole the "rare" pokemon

3. I complete the quest, got buizel

4. Got bike voucher

5. Talk to boss....say that he will need me later....

6. No clue whatsoever regarding 7th street

If I talk to magma grunt which told me about the stolen pokemon...the aqua grunt will REBATTLE me....it happens all the time...the boss dialogue stays...the tenant wont move.....I am so frustated....please help me ;-;.

The event is not finished and that pokemon is not available in episode 15. You'll have to wait.

It used to be a Magikarp

You will be able to advance the sidequest more as you progress through the game (7th Street has a storyline role to play, so you'll visit there eventually), but it cannot be completed in E15 as Lugruf said. Given that it used to reward a Magikarp, it probably won't be completable anytime soon.
