If I can get them around 70 then I can beat him. Can't find a decent place to train though, those grass patches on route 2 give only around 1k exp. Not nearly enough. Quote
Tartar Posted June 23, 2016 Posted June 23, 2016 The clown outside of Agate Circus is your best bet. Though 70 is definitely overdoing it. You've got 3 more badges to go after Samsom, and the game as of now caps out at level 75. All your Pokemon will be way overleveled if you get them to level 70. Instead try to go for 62-63 that should be more than enough to handle Samsom. In any case you aren't doing bad level wise. Quote

If I remember correctly Samson doesn't increase your level cap so you need to beat Charlotte as well before going over level 70. I usually beat Samson with pokes around 60-65.
