7th Street - Found it, but didnt find Luna?

Posted this in the wrong forum...I went to 7th street got all the pokemon, battled the old lady went back but couldn't find Luna. What do I do now?

Talk to people in 7th street. This will trigger what you need to find Luna.

At the middle west side of 7th Street right next to the religious fanatic is a guy, talk to him then go in and out of the room with the Pokemon Healing Machine.
