Developers Samtale Posted June 20, 2016 Developers Share Posted June 20, 2016 link stones are just like trading so heres a site that will show which ones need it so just go to bag say use and any of these pokemon will do. http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-bw/evo/trade.shtml this list doesn't contain pumpkaboo and phantump but those ones also can use it edit: of course ones that need to hold something to evolve will still need to hold that certain item.
