You'll have to talk to your Gang Leader, and then he'll tell you to go into an apartment in Lapis Ward. The attendant will let you through, and you can go down the elevator, into 7th Street. Or even spending five minutes viewing the results from the forums' search bar. In fact, another person asked this exact same question just two days ago. I'm surprised how you did not see that topic, also titled '7th Street' just four rows down yours in the On the Hunt main page. You must've been there to start this thread, did you not see the same thing right there? Don't get me wrong, but perhaps you can make a basic search on the internet or even on these forums to try and find your answer, and THEN ask a question if you still have trouble.
