Pokemon Rejuvenation: Blacksteeple Castle

Hey everyone, It is me, yet again with another issue regarding Pokemon Rejuvenation, I have no idea where to go, I have just finished the first Braxien event thing where you slip past the bushes and meet her, but I have no idea where to go from there, can someone please help me out?

You have to go back to the gang(Valerie, Adam and Saki) in the right wing of the prison if i recall correctly, Blacksteeple Prison has a lot of running back and forth to do.
